Requests Table & Rights of Data Subject

Requests for the Right to Erasure

A request to be removed from the site can be made by the Data Subject (you). When a request is made, an email confirmation will be sent to the Data Subject to confirm the deletion request. The Administrator will review the request after receiving confirmation via email.

This table will include any content the Data Subject has published on the site, regardless of post type or comment format. A confirmation of erasure request and a 6-digit Token will be provided if they don’t have any content. This is in case they need to recover data after erasure.

The requests table provides the Administrator with the ability to reassign or delete any content assigned to a user.

In the event of comments, the content of the Data Subject would be made anonymous.

Admins can also manually add users to the erasure requests table by conducting an email search.

Right to Access Data Request & User Data Portability

The Data Subject has the option to request the download of their data.

As soon as they provide their data to the plugin, users receive a confirmation email with a link to download an XML or JSON file with a 48-hour expiration date.

Right to Rectify & Complaint Requests

The Data Subject has the option to request rectification of their data or to make a complaint.

After submitting their request, users will receive a confirmation email with a two-step opt-in process, and their information will be added to a table for administrators to manage.
