Appointments and Cancellations
Before performing their duties, all Cryosonic employees must complete training by following the company’s treatment guidelines. Cryosonic cannot guarantee that your treatment will be performed by a specific member of staff. Your follow-up treatment may be handled by a different member of the team than previous visits. To avoid being charged, you must cancel at least two days before your scheduled appointment if you cannot attend.
If you fail to cancel your reservation within the allotted timeframe, you will be charged a cancellation fee. This fee is equal to the cost of your treatment. You will be required to pay for additional treatments before you can receive the services. Customers who have paid for treatment but fail to show up will be charged for the missed services. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, contact the clinic where your treatment is scheduled and explain your situation. Please be aware that Cryosonic will not answer text messages.
It’s best to arrive at least ten minutes early for your appointment, so you have enough time to complete the necessary paperwork. If you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment, you risk losing your treatment time. Even though Cryosonic will do everything in its power to keep your appointment on time, there may be unforeseen circumstances that prevent this, so Cryosonic has the authority to postpone or cancel your appointment with only brief notice.
The clinic will let you know ahead of time if any preparations are necessary before your treatment. It’s possible that your treatment time will be shortened, you’ll be charged for additional services, or your appointment will be cancelled if you don’t strictly follow the directions. Paying for treatment in advance and then deciding against it will not result in a refund. However, if you combine it with other therapies, you have more options.
Paying bills, using credit cards, and making deposits
You’ll have to pay a £50.00 deposit to secure your appointment. This can be paid with cash, debit or credit card, or a bank transfer.
When you show up for your appointment, the money you paid as a deposit will be applied toward the treatment costs.
Full payment is required at the time of booking in order to secure your appointment; no partial payments will be accepted.
Deposits and paid courses cannot be exchanged or refunded in any way.
Treatment courses
Treatments must be paid for in full before you can receive one. You have one year from the purchase date to schedule or take your treatments. Your treatments will be lost if you don’t book or use them within a year, and the results won’t be worth anything if you don’t follow your aftercare instructions or finish the entire treatment cycle.
If this is the case, the clinic will not be liable for any further complications. Unfortunately, treatment outcomes cannot be guaranteed because they are unpredictable and vary from person to person. The results are influenced by a number of variables, including your personal habits, dietary habits, and any underlying medical conditions.
The Treatment’s Suitability
If a given treatment is appropriate for your particular situation, the clinic’s medical experts will determine whether or not it will produce positive results at the end of the treatment activity. You will be informed if you are not a candidate for any of the treatment options available. For new clients, there are no out-of-pocket expenses to worry about.
Liability
The clinic will not be held responsible for any wrongdoing, contract or other losses, including but not limited to loss of profits. When something goes wrong while providing a service or product, the facility or its employees are not responsible. Cryosonic is not liable for any losses you may incur as a result of using its services. Preparation of personal and relevant documents, medical conditions, and medical history is the customer’s responsibility before each appointment.
If the patient fails to provide this crucial information, the clinic will have no liability. It’s important for customers to agree to follow all treatment and care instructions provided by the clinic’s staff or on behalf of the affected area. Health facilities’ liability for bodily and personal injuries caused by their operational agents, or their negligence, shall not be limited or excluded pursuant to any of these terms.
Offers or coupons that are valid for a limited time only.
You can’t use your treatment discount on anything else because it only applies to the RRP. When making a reservation with a voucher, be aware that the voucher cannot be refunded or transferred. Your voucher will expire if you fail to keep an appointment. The customer can reschedule a voucher booking up to twice. The clinic’s management makes all decisions, and those decisions are final.
Deposits
No-shows will be charged in full, and deposits are non-refundable unless you are unable to continue your treatment schedule due to medical reasons.
